ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 23 IPS ਤੇ 4 PPS ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਤਬਾਦਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਪੁਨਰਗਠਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ, ਅਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੋਂਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ SSP, ਨਾਨਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦਾ SSP, ਅੰਕੁਰ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਗਾ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ SSP ਅਤੇ ਗੌਰਵ ਤੁਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਤਰਨਤਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ SSP ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨਵੀਨ ਸਿੰਗਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਰੇਂਜ ਦਾ DIG, ਸਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ‘ਚ ਬਾਰਡਰ ਰੇਂਜ ਦਾ DIG ਅਤੇ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ IGP ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਅਸ਼ਵਨੀ ਕਪੂਰ ਨੇ ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਰੇਂਜ ਦੇ DIG ਦੀ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਨੂੰ SAS ਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ AGTF ਦਾ AIG ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਹਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਹੁਣ SAS ਨਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਬਿਊਰੋ ਦੇ DIG ਹਨ, ਦਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ SSP ਵਜੋਂ ਅਹੁਦਾ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਹਰਕਮਲਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਿਹਾਤੀ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ SSP ਅਤੇ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੂੰ ਫਾਜ਼ਿਲਕਾ ਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ SSP ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Major reshuffle in Punjab Police, 23 IPS and 4 PPS officers have been transferred
Punjab Police has undergone a major reorganization with the transfer of 23 IPS and 4 PPS officers. Notably, Amanit Kondal has been appointed as the new SSP of Bathinda, Nanak Singh as the SSP of Patiala, Ankur Gupta as the new SSP of Moga and Gaurav Tura as the new SSP of Tarn Taran. Naveen Singla has been appointed as DIG of Jalandhar range, Satinder Singh as DIG of Border Range in Amritsar and Gurpreet Bhullar as IGP of Chandigarh.
Ashwini Kapoor has taken on the role of DIG of Faridkot range, while Gurmeet Singh Chauhan has been appointed as AIG of AGTF in SAS Nagar. Harjit Singh is now the DIG of Vigilance Bureau in SAS Nagar, Daljinder Singh has taken over as the new SSP of Pathankot, Harkamalpreet has been appointed as the new SSP of Jalandhar rural and Virender Brar as the new SSP of Fazilka.
