ਇਹੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ Bengaluru ‘ਚ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਰਾਏਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਮਕਾਨ ਮਾਲਕ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ‘ਚ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀ ਇਕ ਘਟਨਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ‘ਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ viral ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਇਕ ਔਰਤ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਘਰ ਕਿਰਾਏ ‘ਤੇ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ Social Media ‘ਤੇ ਪੋਸਟ ਲਿਖੀ ਸੀ। ਜੋਂ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ viral ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ‘ਚ 4 ਤਸਵੀਰਾਂ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਕੋਰਮੰਗਲਾ ‘ਚ ਆਪਣਾ 2 BHK ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਲੈਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਔਰਤ ਲਿਖਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਮਕਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਰਾਏ ‘ਤੇ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 43 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਿਰਾਇਆ ਦੇਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ 2.5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਕਮ ਵੀ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਘਰ ‘ਚ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਾਰੇ ਫਰਨੀਚਰ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ। ਅੱਗੇ ਉਹ ਲਿਖਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਘਰ ਖਰੀਦਣ ਲਈ inbox ‘ਚ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਭੇਜੋ। ਇੰਨਾ ਕੁਝ ਦੇਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਯੂਜ਼ਰਸ ਕਾਫੀ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਮੈਂਟ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਕ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ‘ਕੀ 2.5 ਲੱਖ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਹੈ’ ਜਦਕਿ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ‘ਇੰਨਾ ਕਿਰਾਇਆ ਕੌਣ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਭਰਾ’ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਯੂਜ਼ਰ ਨੇ ਲਿਖਿਆ, ‘ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ Bengaluru ‘ਚ ਹੀ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।’
