The teaser of Guru Randhawa and Isha Talwar’s upcoming film ‘Shahkot’ has been released. The teaser features Guru Randhawa getting out of a police van at a mysterious location, accompanied by a beautiful song sung by Altamsh Faridi. Directed by Wali, the film marks Isha Talwar’s first Punjabi film.
The film also stars Raj Babbar, Seema Kaushal, Gurshabd, Neha Dayal, Hardeep Singh Gill, Manpreet Singh, Aulakh Madam, Jatinder Kaur. The film is produced by Anirudh Mohta and directed by Rajeev Dhingra, known for his work on ‘Love Punjab’ and ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’.
Notably, director Rajeev Dhingra from ‘Shahkot’ expressed his enthusiasm for the project, saying that he aims to bring a new perspective to filmmaking and showcase unique stories through his work on ‘Shahkot’.
Additionally, the teaser of the Rajeev Dhingra-directed film features Guru as his character, Iqbal, imprisoned in Pakistan. Raj Babbar also has an important role in the film. The film is slated to premiere on October 4, 2024, and has created a lot of anticipation among fans.
